Returns
If you accidentally ordered the wrong type or strength contact lens, you can return it for free. You can then send an email to: robbert@europe-lens.com. If you have done this, we will send you a return label and a return form free of charge so that you can return your order.

Pay attention! Contact lenses or contact lens solutions can only be returned
if the seal has not been broken after delivery. This is because of contact lenses and the liquids
exceptions are when it comes to the right of return in connection with hygienic use.
For example, if there is written on the packaging but the seal is still intact, then it is possible
possibly a depreciation on the product.
Guarantee
The legal guarantee applies to all items you buy from us. Legal guarantee
say that a product is or must do what the consumer is reasonably allowed to do
expect. A manufacturer's warranty also applies to some products.
If you cancel your purchase, you naturally have the right to return. You can return spherical contact lenses within 90 days and toric or multifocal contact lenses within 14 days. If you would like to return your order, you can email us or fill in us.
Refund
If your ordered product meets all return requirements and you receive the product in its original packaging
(if reasonably possible), we will return within 14 days of receipt of the
cancellation notice refund the purchase amount to the account number you used.
We may withhold a refund until we have received the returned product.
Returns are free via DHL if you use our freepost number.
Of course you can also return the products via another carrier, then the costs are for you.
